The electro-permanent magnetic lifter is magnetically adsorbed by the steel strip coil; the more significant the contact surface of the workpiece, the greater the magnetic force. The contact surface of the curved workpiece will have a curvature, which increases the difficulty of contact and will have a particular influence on the size of the magnetic force. To solve this problem, we can contact the surface of the electro-permanent magnetic lifter slightly curved to fit the curvature of the workpiece, which can make the EPM lifter and the contact surface of the workpiece maintain a good range and reduce the effect on the magnitude of the magnetic force.
