Hydraulic magnet usage
The circular lifting magnet can handle tonnes of scrap continuously throughout the day. It is used in metal working plants to hoist and transport steel parts, forgings, casting, plates, booms, channels, angles, rods and bars. They save time and effort because they can lift steel more quickly and efficiently than any other mechanical device. With a lifting magnet, there is no need to attach and secure lifting supports nor is it necessary to stack uploads on the floor and move around for mechanical devices.

They are used in metalworking plants to hoist and transport steel parts, forgings, casting, plates, booms, channels, angles, rods, and bars. They save time and effort because they can lift steel more quickly and conveniently than any other mechanical device. With a lifting magnet there is no need to attach and secure lifting supports nor is it necessary to stack uploads on the floor or move around for mechanical devices.
Electro Flux Scrap Lifting Magnets’ TERMINAL BOX is designed to ensure protection whilst in operation and is a double entry type enabling the leads from the coils to be sealed in a separate cavity.
We are the manufacturer of electro lifting magnet with the casting grade of IS4491- 1994. Also, we produce high permeability mild steel coasting and fabricated body with heavy ribs which gives the mechanical strength and increased radiation surface.
The outside cable is brought into the second compartment, ensuring no possibility of moisture entering the windings. MAGNETIZING COILS for magnet sizes up to 900 mm diameters along with pure annealed wire and above these there are Aluminum or copper strips. The glass insulation of class H standard with Fiberglass, DFGC (DFGC Double Fiber Glass Cover), or NOMEX tape forming an interlayer makes the coil withstand high temperatures.
BUMPING PLATES are of high-grade Manganese Magnet steel Casting, as per IS-276:2000 or Stainless steel plate provided at the bottom where circular magnet with heavy ribs are added for more strength. These are clamped in position by the center and outer poles, offering complete protection to the coil from heat, impact or shock during operation.
The magnets are suspended with three-legged STRING CHAINS, made of best quality forged steel, terminating in a forged ring. A two core cable is provided for connection with the supply and a suitable insulated plug and socket ensure easy operation.
